Romancelvania

Romancelvania is a 2.5D platform game with dating sim elements. The game was developed by The Deep End Games, the authors of Perception. The game takes place in the style of a romantic comedy. The plot tells of a handsome vampire named Drak, who spent the last hundred years in a depression after a love disappointment, having lost most of his former strength. One day, Death decides to recruit a bloodsucker to participate in his reality show, in which Drac will have to find a new chosen one or chosen one among the monsters living in Transylvania.

Romancelvania is a 2.5D platform game, meaning the graphics are in 3D but the gameplay takes place in two dimensions. During the game, we travel through the maps, avoid traps, collect items and fight enemies, including numerous bosses. Added to this are elements of romance simulation. During expeditions across Transylvania, the player will encounter 12 characters that they can start dating.

The development of these relationships occurs through conversations, mini-games, and tightening connections as you explore the world for example, by finding attractive rendezvous spots, which not only advances the plot, but also affects the development of our heros abilities. All this romance is organized in the form of a TV show, where dramatic moments and unexpected twists are given increased attention. Therefore, the player is free to part with his partners and seek the favor of others in order to please the audience.
