The second intro event for Echoes of the Fracturing now only triggers once the first cataclysm hits. And its text has been edited to explain that this will only get worse unless you find and explore the Fated Regions. This story event will not trigger if the player already found their first fated region.The objective in the crisis at the start is to simply continue your journey until the player experiences the first cataclysm or finds a fated region, at which point the real objective kicks in to fully explore one of the Fated Regions. The rest of the crisis continues to function as normal.Removed the forced terraforming of Astral Barrens via a Cataclysm, resulting in Astral Barrens that could never ever ever be removed from a province.
