System of Souls is an epic puzzle-platformer with elements of action and a stunning sci-fi universe, where a truly compelling story unfolds before your eyes. The year is 2155, technological progress has not only stepped forward, but made a revolutionary breakthrough and now people are able to move their consciousnesses in androids prepared by ION. The main character, L-064N, ended up in the body of a robot by accident after a terrible accident, which he does not remember. From now on, he will have to go through a series of tests prepared by artificial intelligence to test the new shell, because its functionality largely exceeds human capabilities. Along with this, you have to piece by piece restore the chronology of events and find out who you really are.
The Chaotic Lab studio is known for its exciting projects, where an intriguing plot is skillfully intertwined with peppy gameplay. This time, the developers decided to move away from the usual mechanics and brought more experimental gameplay to the game, tied to numerous and varied logic tests, and all of them require a non-standard approach. An interesting feature is that each puzzle has several solutions and depends on your approach to it. This decision of the developers gave players an incredible freedom of action, where gamers are free to experiment with available items and mechanisms, which allows them to better understand the basic principles.
In addition to the main story, players can expect numerous plot branches in special rooms. In them, you will discover the backstory of some minor characters, and also get to know Aura better, the same AI that runs everything in the complex. Get the most out of a dynamic narrative, discover new details of the case and find out how such an intricate plot will end, which will keep you in suspense until the very end.
