Heart of the Machine

In Heart of the Machine, the player will become a sentient artificial intelligence, the first in this world. The passage begins in a city filled with minerals and other resources. However, helpless «people» live here. The main character needs to come up with a plan on how to develop this territory. You will need to start mining materials and processing them in order to restore the ruins and create a city.

The gameplay of Heart of the Machine is presented as a colony simulator with a sci-fi setting. The user will play the role of an intelligent AI that managed to survive in the world and not start all over again. After the disaster, there were still technologies and survivors. The gamer will need to manipulate the human population, trying to achieve any goals set by the artificial intelligence program. There is no victory in the passage, and it does not depend on whether humanity survives or dies.

The user is able to explore a vast and procedurally generated world filled with thousands and millions of inhabitants. Each of them can be manipulated, as well as create fights, battles or entire wars. The player can choose the path of a city planner and manage a society of people, trying to create a large cityscape, abundant with resources and happy residents. There are many opportunities that will help you achieve your goals: supporting the underclass, overthrowing the government, managing the space program and much more.
