Barton Lynch Pro Surfing is a sports simulator that invites the player to compete with professional surfers in different parts of the world. Each location is presented as an exotic locale with colorful beaches, cliffs and landscapes. There is a leaderboard that displays the best surfers who have set records in certain locations. A single training mode is supported, where you can learn more about the mechanics of character control. The gameplay includes believable physics of board control on waves. The speed and size of the water flow will affect many aspects and the stability of the protagonist.

The user will need to react quickly and have time to «ride» the wave in order to earn points and successfully compete with opponents. Pump control takes advantage of the power of the wave, which helps you move faster and do extra tricks. The session has many configurable factors. Weather is a key element when surfing. The gamer is able to control the weather using the tools provided. This will help create the right conditions for enjoyable surfing. The user can choose instruments such as large or small ebb, cross and strong winds, or weak sea breezes. Each match can be created to suit your own playing style.
