Hollow Cocoon

Hollow Cocoon is a psychological horror adventure game. It was developed by the indie studio Nayuta Studio, also responsible for another game of the same genre Cineris Somnia. Hollow Cocoon is set in 1980s Japan. The main character of the game is Minato Jinba, a young student studying at a university in a big city. One day he receives a message from his father saying that his grandmother is dying. Despite being offended by the old woman she did not come to the funeral of her daughter, Minatos mother, he decides to go to the mountain village where she lives to visit her for the first time in ten years and see her alive for the last time.

Arriving at the place, Jinba discovers that dark forces are at work in the village and a bloodthirsty monster is wandering. He will have to fight for survival and find out the truth about what happened in the village. The game has four ending options, and our choice determines which one we will see. Hollow Cocoon is a first-person game. Players will have to travel around the village in search of clues about the events taking place in it. During our search, we are constantly pursued by a monster. Minato cannot fight him off and must therefore avoid him by hiding or running away. The game has three difficulty levels, which allows you to adjust the task to your preferences. Hollow Cocoon features high-quality visual design. The atmospheric, detailed locations especially attract attention.
