Tortuga A Pirates Tale is a project that will take you on an exciting adventure of a lifetime! In this game you will plunge into the life of a pirate, traveling through treacherous seas, participating in battles on ships and obtaining treasures. So pick up the Jolly Roger and set sail! The action takes place during the golden age of piracy, in the Caribbean. The player takes on the role of a pirate captain, building his crew and ship and making a name for himself in the pirate world. The player begins the game in Tortuga, a notorious pirate port and center of pirate activity in the Caribbean. Gameplay involves a combination of strategy, exploration and combat. The player must manage his crew and resources, deciding where to sail, which ships to attack, and how to divide the spoils.

About This Game

Tortuga A Pirates Tale features turn-based ship combat in which the player must maneuver his ship to avoid enemy fire while simultaneously landing his own strikes to destroy the enemy ship. The player can also engage in hand-to-hand combat during boarding, using a variety of weapons such as cutlasses, pistols, and muskets. The game’s plot revolves around the player’s quest for wealth, fame and power in the pirate world. The player must navigate the treacherous waters of the Caribbean Sea, facing rival pirate captains, war fleets, and other dangers lurking in the seas. Along the way, the player will meet such colorful characters as Blackbeard, Anne Bonny and Calico Jack, each of whom has their own unique personality traits and abilities.

The game world is divided into different regions, each of which has its own flavor and difficulties. Players will visit ports such as Nassau, Kingston and Port Royal, as well as undiscovered islands and hidden coves. The game also features a dynamic weather system, storms, and other hazards that can affect gameplay. Game modes include a story mode, in which players follow the main storyline, as well as a free play mode, in which players can explore the game world to their heart’s content. In addition, players will have to complete various side quests and objectives such as treasure hunting and naval battles. Items and weapons in the game include things like rum, cannonballs, spyglasses, grappling hooks, and more.
