Deathbound

Deathbound is a project in which the user will go on an exciting journey through a universe that combines fantasy and post-apocalyptic elements. The storyline of the game originates many thousands of years ago, at a time when two sister goddesses — Life and Death — competed with each other. The 1st was able to deceive her sister and give immortality to a civilization called the First People. This race of immortal creatures soon spread their power to all continents, creating amazing technologies. Angered by the deception, the 2nd goddess began to seduce these powerful creatures, offering them to end the boredom of life and give up the gift of sisterhood.

They agreed, and civilization fell. On its ruins a primitive medieval society arose, where the Church of Death took on the ruling role. However, a fanatical sect of the Essenmants has been working for centuries to recreate an ancient ritual that would help restore immortality to humanity. The protagonist of Deathbound is a product of this experiment, the Prisoner of a Thousand Faces. The work is an action role-playing game in which the player will be able to change his character during the course of the action, absorbing the warriors he killed and changing bodies and abilities as masks. Contradictions between personalities can provide both useful bonuses and disadvantages. You will also have to fight, explore the world and complete quests.
