Volcan Defend the Tower — previously, very little time was spent on graphics, as there was confidence that the modern gamer first looked at the gameplay, and then at the picture, and so on. However, the reality is that users buy expensive iron and drive video cards with processors to get a smooth picture with beautiful effects and various bonuses like realistic textures or proper lighting. We love games with eyes and if the project doesn’t please these very eyes, then everything is bad. Again, I repeat, I was deeply surprised by the detailed elaboration of the virtual world of this project, beautiful textures, highlights and lighting effects, fauna and flora.

The character, who moves very realistically and behaves like a real warrior, has worked especially in detail. I liked that too, as playing an indie game with blockbuster graphics is incredibly nice. I think you will like the picture of this game too. The virtual world is huge and diverse, but you should not run headlong through the locations — you can (and will) be literally waiting at every corner by monsters. Some of them are extremely dangerous right at the beginning of the game, some die literally with a pair of cartridges in the head. The only problem is that not all monsters in this game have an easily distinguishable head, so sometimes you have to shoot at the whole body. It is interesting to explore the world and the presence of an army of enemies forces you to do this very carefully, which only reinforces the feeling that you are the last hope.
