Players assume the roles of these legendary figures, renowned for their medical expertise, as they attempt to heal a country devastated by war, famine, and a mysterious epidemic. The story unfolds through a series of events where medical knowledge and intuition play a key role, combining historical fiction with the practical aspects of ancient medicine. The gameplay revolves around uncovering the conspiracy that caused the epidemic, using your skills in surgery, potion making, and even summoning divine powers.

Songs of Life gameplay revolves around card mechanics, which allow gamers to perform actions, heal patients, and make decisions that impact the storyline. These cards are not only for combat, but are also integrated into the larger narrative. Users must strategically choose treatments while balancing the health of their patients with a secret epidemic threatening the entire region.
