Strongest Angel Zerachiel is an RPG set in a city ruled by the goddess Fortuna. The story begins with the angel Zerachiel, who descends into the city on a mission to save her comrades. However, she soon faces defeat at the hands of a girl posing as a saint. Deprived of her powers and thrown into a landfill, the protagonist is left to pave her way to power and revenge, unaware of the difficult fate that awaits her. The mechanics are based on turn-based strategy and tactics, where users lead Zerachiel and her allies through various trials.

As the plot of Strongest Angel Zerachiel unfolds, users control characters, participating in battles and uncovering hidden truths about the city’s cult and its control over the inhabitants.
