Night is Coming

Night is Coming is a survival simulator in terrible conditions created by nature and weather in the Carpathian Mountains. The map available to the player covers both the darkest mountain ranges and the calm foothills. The gamer’s goals are not only survival, but also building a camp in real time, expanding possessions, and exploring nearby locations to find valuables. The universe of the game Night is Coming is inspired by the mythology of the Slavs and mystical legends told by local residents. The player controls not one character, but every member of society living in a small mountain village.

All those who are available perform various tasks and functions for the benefit of everyone. An important aspect of development is improving equipment, with which you need to fight off monsters and other undead living in the Carpathian forests. Constant protection of one’s own territories is carried out in the hope that the monsters will one day be transferred and the groves will again be cleared of the darkness hanging over the once beautiful land.

Each member of society has their own requests, characteristics, abilities, needs, which show individuality in the crowd. For the camp to function, the gamer must provide the amenities necessary for a comfortable life, establish supplies of a particular resource, such as wood or food. The constant cycle of changing seasons, as well as day and night, affects the gameplay. With each new arrival of winter, the enemy armies increase and pose a greater threat to the territories where civilians live.
