Fallen / Brand New World tells the story of the daily life of a former mercenary who inherits a tavern after a protracted war. When the battles are over, he settles in the city and lives alone until Lily appears under his roof. Her move changes their usual life: now the hero has to share space, do business and build a joint rhythm. The events are centered on a measured routine, communication and care for the establishment.

Fallen / Brand New World is built around a tavern, where key events unfold. The gamer takes on household chores: collects ingredients, makes a menu, arranges the premises. These decisions affect the efficiency of the business and the state of the protagonist. In addition to work, intimate scenes and touches are available, implemented through special commands. Everything happens in a private setting, and the repetition of actions changes Lily's behavior and the level of her frankness.

The depth of interaction is revealed as the relationship develops. The variability of actions affects the dynamics of intimacy, making the intimate aspect part of the gameplay structure. The ability to change Lily's clothes and hairstyle adds visual variety and emphasizes the everyday side of the simulation. This title includes explicit scenes, cohabitation and business management, combining sexual experiences with routine tasks in one space. Such a concept offers the gamer not only plot involvement, but also control over the role-playing elements of everyday life.
