FROSTHAVEN 1.0 - New Content and Improvements

Version 1.0 introduces the remaining campaign content and several new features and improvements to the digital adaptation of FROSTHAVEN. Below is an overview of the additions included in this update.

New Content and features

Complete Story Campaign

• The full FROSTHAVEN campaign is now available, including the final chapter.

• The complete story can now be experienced from beginning to end.

Final Playable Hero

• The final hero joins the roster, bringing the total number of playable heroes to 17.

New Opening Cinematic

• A new cinematic introduction has been added to establish the setting and introduce the journey into the Frozen North.

Hero Unlock Videos

• Dedicated videos have been added to accompany hero unlocks, introducing the heroes and their unique playstyles.

Fully Implemented Codex

• The Codex is now fully implemented, providing in-game information about the world of FROSTHAVEN, including its lore, characters, creatures, and biomes.

Outpost Buildings

• Redesigned the effects on the buildings, bringing the Outpost to life.
  

Patch Notes and Bugfixes for 1.0

• We made a number of optimizations that help the game run smoother

• Further improvements have been made to multiplayer systems and networking to improve the cooperative experience.

• Updated Scenario Special Rules section with detailed information regarding each scenario specifics

• Updated the Outpost UI with more interactive screens

• Populated the Codex section with all related information regarding Heroes, Items, Buildings, Monsters and Bosses

• Introduced new functionalities for some of the Buildings and the frature to Retrain your Heroes

• Аdded the option to create multiple Heroes of the same class in the Party Rooster, but not in the same party

• Added many icons for active effects and changed the layout

• Adding distinctive description to all Special Props in different scenarios and many more!

The wait is over! We're thrilled to announce that FROSTHAVEN is officially available today on PC (Steam & Epic Games Store), bringing the complete digital adaptation of Isaac Childres and Cephalofair Games' acclaimed board game to PC.

After a year in Early Access, we're excited to invite both seasoned veterans and new adventurers to experience the full campaign, discover all 17 playable heroes, and brave the unforgiving northern wilderness. This release brings together all the content introduced during Early Access, alongside a wealth of new features, improvements, and refinements that make this the most complete Frosthaven experience yet.
