Shantae Advance Risky Revolution

Shantae Advance Risky Revolution features a scenario where the pirate Risky Boots sets in motion a plan to physically rotate the continent of Sequin Land. This geological manipulation aims to move any settlement directly to the coast for plunder. The main game mechanic allows the protagonist Shantae to counter this by taking control of the territory itself. The player shifts and rotates the environment, switching between multi-layered levels called the Front Yard and Back Yard.

The character wanders through a variety of altered lands, shifted cities, monster-infested crypts, and twisted labyrinths. Each location offers challenges that test mastery of these key skills and forms. The adventure structure involves visiting cities to purchase upgrades and find collectibles. While exploring the world, there is interaction with other characters, including Rottytops, Sky, and Bolo. The story campaign offers many boss battles that serve as important stages of the narrative. In addition to the single-player mode, the title also features competitive battles for four players.
