Troublemaker 2 Beyond Dream returns to the fictional city of South Jakarta, where the action takes place two years after the events of the first part. The plot tells the story of the Parakacuk gang and the Beyond Dream band, who are striving for their dreams. The story centers on friendship, rivalry, and personal dramas that the heroes face in their youth. They will have to uncover the secrets that affect the youth of the metropolis and overcome all the difficulties on the way to their goal together.
Gameplay Troublemaker 2 Beyond Dream combines open world exploration with dynamic beat 'em up-style fights. Gamers will have to alternately control two protagonists with unique fighting styles: street fighter Jordan and MMA fighter Budi. The combat system offers bare-fisted attacks, special moves, and powerful finishing moves that allow you to create long series of strikes. The player will have to tactically use the entire available arsenal, including weapons and auxiliary items, to defeat different types of enemies.
South Jakarta is an open world filled with many activities in addition to the main storyline. Exploring the streets opens up access to mini-games, unusual shops and communication with locals. The player can undertake various side missions, helping friends and other inhabitants. Such optional missions reveal more about the characters, their relationships and the surrounding environment.
