Shopkeeper My First Supermarket offers the player a fantastic opportunity to take full control of their store and turn it into the best retail outlet in the area. Players will manage the store's operations, order new merchandise, handle various issues, and oversee their employees. They will plan the placement of items on shelves, adhere to sales targets, keep the premises clean and tidy, and beware of criminals.

During gameplay, Shopkeeper players will strictly follow instructions that will inevitably lead to success. The protagonist must monitor prices, adjust them promptly, and prevent customers from leaving for competitors. Occasionally, the protagonist will hold sales to attract more customers, which will increase turnover and, consequently, their income.

If the player catches a thief, they shouldn't immediately call the police. They can easily deal with the problem themselves by picking up a bat and showing the hooligan the door. A manager must always be extremely polite to customers, even if they are poorly dressed, smelly, or overly brazen. The project's creators emphasized realism and paid special attention to all the nuances of building an effective retail business.
