MEAT 2 Absolute Zero keeps gamers on their toes, offering a blend of action, exploration, and strategic depth. From the very beginning, it throws you into a world full of dangers, where every decision can mean the difference between survival and defeat. As Sir Culligan, you won't just have to fight enemies, but navigate an environment that's as challenging as it is unpredictable. The gameplay doesn't hold your hand, so you'll constantly have to adapt to new situations, think on your feet, and prepare for what's coming next.
This is a game that doesn't just test your skills; it forces you to rethink your approach to each level, keeping you on your toes from start to finish. The weapons and abilities you can use in M.E.A.T. 2: Absolute Zero are varied and allow for experimentation. As you progress, you unlock upgrades that give you an advantage, but it's not just about having the most powerful weapon.
It's all about how you use what you have. Each level becomes increasingly difficult, and enemies adapt as you do. In the heat of battle, you'll be switching between weapons and abilities, trying to find the optimal approach to each enemy type. It's not always about brute force sometimes it's about timing, precision, and clever use of the environment. You'll quickly realize that different challenges require different solutions, and flexibility is the key to success.

Changes in v0.4621IMPORTANT / HIGHLIGHTSULTRA WIDE (21:9) support (and similar screens): You can play now! Players with 21:9 (and similar) displays can finally play the game properly. The game is adapted in ~95% of places and the entire gameplay works fully on ultra-wide screens.
Controllers no longer connect / take over automatically. Controller-related issues have been fixed. The keyboard will no longer “switch” into controller mode automatically and cause a confusing “freeze” when the player didn’t even know another device was connected.BOSS BAUER REWORK (Map 4). Boss Bauer has been improved and should no longer kill you for unclear reasons. He now destroys traps while moving, and we added visual UX cues to make it clearer where to go and when he can be attacked.Beaver Mode: Lots of fixes! We fixed many issues that made Beaver Mode frustrating or impossible to enjoy: weapon UI improved, grenades fixed, freeze superpower fixed, sounds improved, “next page” options display fixed plus many other smaller Beaver Mode fixes.Other community-reported fixes!
