F1 Manager 2022

F1 Manager 2022 is an officially licensed Formula 1 team management simulator developed by Frontier Developments. In it, you take charge of a constructor team during the 2022 season. You'll select drivers and staff from the real life 2022 lineup and then guide your team through the official race calendar, managing all aspects of operations from your headquarters. Between races, you'll monitor driver and staff performance, balance finances, scout talent from rival teams, and develop car components using various engineering approaches to gain a competitive advantage.

The game features 2022 car regulations and designs, allowing you to drive closer to your rivals while making crucial strategic decisions. During races, you control everything from pit stops and tire selection to driver instructions in real time, responding to dynamic conditions such as changing weather and track conditions. Your ultimate goal is to meet the board's expectations and achieve your season goals, whether you're starting from the back of the field or competing in the leading field. The simulator delivers broadcast quality that authentically recreates the Formula 1 atmosphere.
