You explore fragmented landscapes, from a hospital that repeats its own hallways to a childhood home where the furniture whispers secrets. The latest version of the game introduces a resonance mechanic, where certain actions in one dream layer affect the environment in another, forcing you to switch between realities to progress.

About This Game
Action combat is fast and visceral, using improvised weapons formed from broken memories, a shard of glass, a rusted scalpel, a shadow that hardens into a blade. Adventure exploration rewards you with audio logs and distorted photographs that piece together the patient’s tragic past. The game features a sanity system that warps the environment, turning familiar rooms into impossible geometry. You can also unlock new abilities by confronting traumatic memories, such as a dash that phases through enemies or a telepathic push that reveals hidden doors.
