MECCHA CHAMELEON

Meccha Chameleon is an asymmetrical multiplayer game that transforms traditional hide-and-seek into a competition of artistic talent and visual cunning. The game revolves around two teams, one striving to blend seamlessly into the environment while the other methodically searches for intruders. Instead of using pre-made costumes, players employ a unique system of hand-painting their stark white characters to mimic the surrounding textures. Carefully selecting a color scheme and copying patterns from nearby objects allows the character model to become an invisible decorative element. The final camouflage is largely determined not only by the chosen location but also by the ability to strike the right pose to disorient pursuers. Each encounter is unique thanks to the complete freedom to create camouflage during the round.

Multiplayer battles in Meccha Chameleon support up to 10 players simultaneously, providing access to both public matches and private encounters. While the hiding gamers frantically select the right shades on a palette, the seekers prepare to explore every inch of the available space within a limited time. The effectiveness of target detection depends directly on attention to small details, such as unnatural shadows or subtle perspective distortions. Despite the emphasis on creativity, survival requires strategic planning and quick analysis of the location's structure. Gamers constantly hone their drawing skills, making the task of deceiving the eye ever more sophisticated and engaging. Competition between teams creates a high density of events, turning the search scenario into a tense psychological duel.
