Описание
Celestial Return is a narrative driven RPG where dice serve as a versatile resource that determines your survival. You find yourself in a decaying city teeming with anomalies and hidden threats. As a detective, you must investigate a series of strange events, interact with the dead, and make decisions that shape the story's progression. Mistakes come at a high price, and resource management dictates whether you can push forward. Dice are used for actions, negotiations, and skill checks, forming the core of your interaction with the world. You can spend them to gain an advantage or save them for tougher situations, but every choice carries risk.
A lack of resources limits your options, while excessive caution leads to missed opportunities. The pressure mounts as you progress. The city reacts to your actions, altering the available choices. Different approaches open up alternative paths but also create new threats. Character traits influence dialogue and events, shaping a unique narrative arc. The atmosphere is reinforced by the visual style and musical score, heightening the sense of instability.
