Football Agent

The other side of football has its own game. Football Agent is a management simulation from ATERO GAMES, which develops and publishes the title, and it puts you on the phone calls and in the meeting rooms rather than the dugout. You are not the coach and not the chairman. You are the agent, and careers are your business.

The start is deliberately small. Your first client does not even have a club, and your first job is finding him one. Information is the real currency here. Nobody hands you a shortlist: your scouting network decides what you can see, your own leagues first, then the countries you send scouts to or travel to yourself. Somewhere among 47,500 players there is a 17 year old nobody nobody looked at twice, and spotting him before anyone else is the craft.

The scale of the database gives the hunt its weight. Forty four countries, 115 leagues, and 1,900 clubs down to the third tier fill the world. Depth matters as much as reach. You can send scouts abroad, or travel to meet wonderkids face to face and judge them with your own eyes. The gem nobody noticed is always out there.

Signings are earned, not instant. Winning a player over takes weeks: meeting the family, holding off rival agents, managing press leaks, and negotiating the terms that decide a career. The press keeps score of everything. Every signature is a campaign of its own, and the market never stops moving while you work it.

The package treats agency life as strategy rather than spectacle. Reputation, relationships, and timing do the heavy lifting, and every decision compounds over seasons. A good agent never needs the spotlight. Football Agent is a simulation for players who want football's drama from the side of the table where the contracts are signed.
