Dying at home with one last wish on your mind is where the story of Kingdom Cumquest begins. This adult visual novel was developed by Miel and published by Cherry Kiss Games, and it sends its hero into a fantasy world that answers every expectation he ever had.

The hero of the tale is a disillusioned gamer who spends his days rotting at home. He dies from a thrombosis while playing his favorite game, and in his final moments he wishes to be reincarnated as a hero in another world. The wish is granted. He wakes up as the second son of a noble family, with all the advantages of his new position. The contrast between the old life and the new one is immediate: where there was a screen and a chair, there is now a world of castles, magic, and duty.

His new life is not quiet for long. Rieletta, a harsh knight commander with a tsundere attitude, arrives to remind him of his duty to save his new home. She speaks of responsibility and destiny, while the hero has other things on his mind, and their meeting sets the tone for the journey. The commander is serious about the threats facing the land, and her presence pushes the story forward even when the hero would rather look elsewhere.

From there, the player travels through a vast fantasy land and gathers a party of companions. Each member joins the roster with her own personality, and the road is full of ups and downs. The game leans into humor and playful situations as the group moves from one encounter to the next. Battles and conversations alternate as the party grows, and the player decides how the hero behaves in each situation.

The project is strictly adult in its content and tone. It carries an eroge rating and is intended for mature players who enjoy isekai stories with explicit scenes.
