Fantasy General 2

Fantasy General from was a 1996 war game for people who rightly believed that an excellent tank general did not have enough dragons. And this led to the appearance of wizards, undead, and furs. More than two decades later, this year a second wind suddenly appears in the form of Fantasy General 2. 300 years after the first game, you will command the armies of fantasy warriors as the son of a barbarian leader, trying to prove yourself a strong old man of your clan. You will fight again on the basis of hexagonal battles, but this time with a developing army of recruits and potential champions, each of which is the sum of their experience, abilities and equipment.

About This Game

You can throw trolls, shamans, ancestral spirits, elementals, werewolves and all kinds of creatures into the confrontation. Over 75 unique units can join your growing army, some just cannon fodder, and other heroes you won’t want to lose. While everything from morale, landscape, magic, and the decisions you make in the campaign will influence battles, Owned by Gravity seeks to facilitate complexity analysis. Having looked at the weapons of your enemies, you can make an informed decision about whether you should join the battle and which unit you should use.

The original Fantasy General rallied its universe. Between missions, you will make decisions that heroes and soldiers will respond to, and factions will have unique abilities based on their origin. Clans of barbarians are, for example, raiders who steal the resources they need, while the Empire has secret tricks and the ability to summon undead armies. Wagner says the team wants to create Fantasy General, which existed in their heads. After hundreds of hours of playing the original, when it came out, they created all this backstory and imagined solutions that really weren’t in the game. «We added depth to areas where the General’s classic gameplay was lacking.
