But your colonists will not be people, but robots, which can be programmed for certain actions. Moreover, the robots themselves are easily trained, and will follow all your instructions without any complaints.

As for the gameplay, it is immediately based on a bunch of mechanics that you will use during the passage of the game. Your main task is to create an automated colony. But it will not be so easy to do this, and one will have to work in many different directions. For example, you will have to arrange the extraction of various resources, farm, build houses, fish and do much, much more.

The most interesting thing is that in Autonauts you can program colonist robots to program any actions in such a way that they perform them without any deviations. But it will not be so easy to do this — you will have to calculate the timings and do everything possible to ensure that the robots work smoothly. Just one failed robot that did not fulfill its function as expected, and that’s all, the whole system will stop working. And by the way, many different processes will have to be automated, and in most cases several robots will participate in the processes at once. A huge open world will be waiting for you. You can explore it and find new sources of resources, you can just wander around in search of something new, or even try to build a new colony anywhere. Moreover, no one limits you — you can do everything you see fit and stand where you want.
