Описание

Song of Horror — is a fascinating adventure with horror elements that will surely appeal to all lovers of this genre. This story tells of the mysterious disappearance of a popular writer directly from his own home. Together with the best-selling author, his family disappears, without leaving a trace. The editor, who was used to receiving the manuscript at the appointed time, began to worry about the lack of any news and decided to send his assistant to the writers house. The young man got in touch, standing on the threshold of the mansion, after which any messages ceased to come from him. Now you have to figure out the current situation.

NOTES. This release is standalone and includes episodes 1-5.

About This Game

After a short investigation, you discover the presence of some evil in the house. This entity is called the «Presence» and is an incorporeal substance that lives in the dark and is engaged in the search for new victims. Evil does not stop at nothing, it firmly goes to the intended goal and tries to kill everyone who gets in the way. Your hero will die, but the investigation will continue after death from the same place. The chain of incredible events will continue until you find out the origin of this evil and find a way to defeat it.

You have to experience real horror, which freezes blood and spreads panic. «Presence» performs consistent and reasonable actions, because this evil is controlled by developed artificial intelligence. Moreover, observing your actions and thoughts, the substance adapts to your behavior and will try to outwit you. The creature will haunt you in a variety of ways, causing you to experience simply unbearable fear.

In the game you get a unique opportunity to look at this story through the eyes of several characters at once, each of which has its own unique skills and abilities. All heroes are inextricably linked with history and are able to bring their own point of view on the events taking place in the house. In addition, the characters interact with objects in different ways, as a result of which many puzzles and secrets that previously might not be available to you will be revealed to you. Complete the investigation and find the answer to the main question in order to permanently destroy the evil spirit that lives in the walls of a luxurious mansion.

Пошаговый процесс установки для CODEX

  1. Откройте .iso через программу виртуальных дисков (например, Daemon Tools) — в Windows 10/11 достаточно двойного клика по образу.

  2. Установите игру, запустив setup.exe и следуя шагам мастера.

  3. После установки скопируйте всё содержимое папки CODEX с диска в папку с игрой и согласитесь на замену файлов.

  4. Запустите игру обычным ярлыком, лучше от имени администратора.

    Update v1.22:H.P. LOVECRAFTH.P. Lovecraft difficulty is now available! H.P. Lovecraft is Song of Horror’s hardest difficulty level. You can unlock this new difficulty after beating the game for the first time in M.R. James or Edgar Allan Poe. The unlocking of H.P. Lovecraft is not retroactive: it won\'t unlock automatically if you already completed the game on M.R. James or Edgar Allan Poe. However, what you can do is watch the final cutscene again to unlock H.P. Lovecraft.H.P. Lovecraft is a global unlock. Once you obtain it, you’ll be able to select H.P. Lovecraft in any of your save slots.In H.P. Lovecraft, death (or worse!) lurks around every corner. The difficulty of all five Hauntings has been noticeably increased, and they will appear slightly more frequently than in Edgar Allan Poe. Lesser events will also tend to be more... malignant than before.Be on your guard! No tutorials will show up in H.P.
