Gamedec

Gamedec — is a cyberpunk RPG adventure set in a distant future using an isometric camera and dark tones. The gloom of the visuals and musical accompaniment creates a serious atmosphere for the story. A feature of the gameplay is the fact that it lacks combat as a mechanic. The development of characters and the settlement of conflicts between all sorts of personalities occurs through elaborate dialogues or decisions made by the gamer. The pumping is done in the form of obtaining new abilities from a huge skill tree, where the strongest improvements can be obtained only at the end of the single-player campaign.

About This Game

The plot is set in Warsaw in the 22nd century. Due to the accelerated development of technologies in the computer field, people increasingly began to spend their leisure time in virtual worlds. Because of this, human civilization faced an aggravation of many problems: hunger, lust, laziness, pride, envy, and so on. The protagonist of the story is a game detective who studies fictional worlds for those who pay well for services. Only the most experienced gamers get this job.

The gameplay is similar to board games, because development takes place with the help of movements and all kinds of actions that affect the further passage. The player is not forced to one way of solving the problem, «Gamedeck» encourages the desire to explore and come up with unusual ideas. Most quests will require the gamer to have developed logical thinking, deduction and a desire to get to the truth.
