Exo One

Exo One — is an arcade adventure game in which the player takes on the role of the pilot of a futuristic spaceship. The game was developed by the independent studio Exbleative and was made possible by, among other things, successful Kickstarter crowdfunding. The story presented in Exo One begins in the early 21st century, when humanity received a mysterious signal from the interstellar void. Based on the information contained in it, a spacecraft was developed. During one of Exo Ones routine tests, as the units name is, its pilot accidentally opened a wormhole and traveled to an unknown corner of the universe. During the game, we accompany him in search of the ruins of an alien civilization.

Another perspective on our adventures is provided by the story of a storyteller a historian who tells us thousands of years later about the journey of the first man outside the solar system. In Exo One, the action was shown from a third person perspective TPP. Twelve procedurally generated worlds await your visit. We are talking about various exoplanets, among which you can find both terrestrial rocky algae and celestial bodies, consisting mainly of water and gas giants. We travel aboard the title ship, powered by technology that allows it to reshape.

In the form of a flying disc, the device floats in the air and glides on the surface of the clouds, and after turning into a ball it rolls along the slopes, gaining speed. Skillful use of the ability to change the shape of the vessel allows you to smoothly and quickly navigate the maps. Exo One graphic design is particularly impressive with the fantastic landscapes we admire on the planets we visit, as well as realistic animated water and dynamic lighting. The gameplay continues to the accompaniment of the soundtrack, which consists of guitar and ambient sounds.
