Citizen Sleeper is a cyberpunk RPG from the independent one-man studio Jump Over The Age In Other Waters. After their debut AI game, the team decided to give us another trip to a fictional future with Fellow Traveler. This time we get to an old cyberpunk space station. In terms of game mechanics, Citizen Sleeper relies heavily on tabletop role-playing games. The game is divided into cycles, at the beginning of which we roll the dice, and then assign them to the selected action or event dice placement; in computer games, this solution was used, in particular, in Dicey Dungeons. We also have a clock showing the actions of the main character and other inhabitants of the station. The only thing missing is the classic quests they have been replaced with disk quests that also help in developing our character’s five skills Engineer, Interface, Endure, Intuit and Engage.

About This Game
The main goal of the game is to escape from the influence of the corporation that is pursuing the Sleeper, but in each cycle we also have to take care of the character’s life. We are looking for a way to earn money and visit various places in the station, such as the market, bars, space ports. In these places we meet characters, each with their own story, goals and skills. It is up to us what we do, who we help, and what impact we have on the future of the station in subsequent cycles.
In the meantime, we are using Sleeper is hacking skills to gain access to data collected over decades of station operation. In this way, we discover secrets, for example, unknown places, and make life easier for ourselves at the station. At the same time, we must constantly repair the protagonist’s artificial body shell, which is in poor condition from the very beginning and decomposes at an alarming rate.
Citizen Sleeper features simple, sterile 3D graphics, with caricatured characters by comic book artist Guillaume Singelin PTSD Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The characters talk a lot, but only in writing, since the game does not provide for dubbing. The game is accompanied by music composed by Amos Roddy, who also created the soundtracks for the studios first game Jump Over The Age and The Wild at Heart, Some Distant Memory and Cloud Gardens, among others.
