Dead Mans Diary — is a tense first-person survival horror game set in a post-apocalyptic setting. Fifteen years have passed since the start of the nuclear war, which led to a global catastrophe. Nuclear fallout completely destroyed humanity. Those few who managed to survive are hiding in underground bunkers. However, supplies are running out, and periodically some people are banished to the surface so that the rest can survive. This is how the protagonist finds himself in a dead, hostile world, with no idea what to do and how to stay alive.

About This Game

The gameplay of Dead Mans Diary is based on the exploration of vast locations, and the search for items necessary for survival and arranging a shelter. Players will visit different places — urban slums, industrial zones, laboratories, an abandoned school, a gloomy forest, sewers and others. Obtaining some important things for the passage requires solving puzzles. GG is hungry, thirsty, and needs regular sleep. At the same time, food and water must be checked for radiation contamination so that it does not kill the GG even faster. Crafting is carried out in a shelter, or by a fire. Traveling through the territory is always fraught with dangers, ranging from wild animals and radioactive rain to something scarier. The story progresses through the protagonist’s diary, which records his thoughts and current goals.
