Description

Cities Skylines Industries — city planning simulator, where you will have plenty of opportunities. Create the whole city where you will release your fantasy. You start small, start building small houses and hire people. In your hands full control over all aspects of the activity. Be attentive when creating a city, take into account all situations that may occur. Your residents should be as comfortable as possible. Equip the city sleeping area, and then create the infrastructure. Create more and more new jobs, as well as improve the scale.

This release is standalone and includes all previously released content. Also the new Cities Skylines Synthetic Dawn Radio DLC is included.

About This Game

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.
Install the game by running setup.exe and following the wizard.
After installation, copy the entire contents of the CODEX folder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files.
Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.

Having trouble launching the game?

Check these common causes before troubleshooting further.

The steam_api64.dll and other files from the CODEX folder are the heart of the release — if your antivirus removes them, restore them from quarantine and exclude the game folder.
CODEX releases run fully offline. For safety, block the game .exe in your firewall so it never tries to reach Steam.
Errors about missing d3dx9_43.dll or MSVCP140.dll mean the runtimes were skipped — install everything from the disc's Redist or _CommonRedist folder.
