Battle Shapers v1.1.2.10449 (upd.19.05.2025)

Battle Shapers, Metric Empire has announced that their first game as a studio will be a first-person shooter roguelite. The developer has confirmed that the game will be released in Early Access for PC later in 2023. The developer is made up of Ubisoft directors Nicolas Routier and Pierre-Luc Papineau, who worked on Prince of Persia, Assassins Creed and Far Cr. Battle Shapers is a first-person roguelite game in which players must fight against an army of corrupt robots and several bosses.

During the game, players are armed with weapons to destroy enemies, which opens up access to new skills and abilities. Despite the difficulty of the gameplay, unlocked weapons, abilities and talents can be constantly upgraded, which increases the duration of the run. Each tower contains hidden upgrades and weapons, so learning them is key. Each boss, known as an Overlord, has a special power that can be obtained after defeating it. These upgrades change the player’s appearance as well as the gameplay mechanics. However, with each boss defeated, the difficulty increases. Players in Battle Shapers will use a universe of futuristic weapons, abilities, and game-changing powers to take down these ruthless overlords, who will adapt and evolve to changing challenges, putting players skills to the ultimate test.
