The richest people moved to a fortified city called Alphaville. The remaining common population is forced to survive. According to rumors, peace has been achieved and preparations are being made for the evacuation of elites to Mars. Nikos found out about this information. The hero went on a journey through post-apocalyptic flooded locations by boat. The protagonist wants to penetrate the territory of the citadel and get into the rocket before it flies away. Along the way, the main character acquires allies. New friends help him fight the rebels and reach his goal on time.

Highwater is a mixture of adventure and turn-based tactics. In it you need to sail on water transport between islands, explore the ruins of cities, fight enemies, and solve puzzles. The events take place in a flood-stricken region where, at the time the story begins, fighting is still underway. Rides on an inflatable boat with a motor installed on it take place with a rear view. And when traveling on foot on land, an isometric view is used. Isometrics are also used in battles. During fights, team members can move around cells, hide behind covers, use skills, and use weapons. All units have health bars divided into 6 cells. The graphics here are made in Low-Poly style.
