Description

Playing Pilgrim online with a friend allows you and your friends to immerse themselves in a chilling medieval horror adventure. In this online adventure on the Internet, you will take on the role of pilgrims who have to go on a dangerous journey. Online play provides the opportunity to enjoy exciting adventures for free, even as a pirate. Mysterious hints of what awaits at the end of the journey are of little consolation as you set off on your rickety carriage — the only beacon of light in a world plunged into darkness. Prepare to delve into shadowy crypts and navigate treacherous forests while fighting off monstrous creatures lurking in the unknown.

The journey will not be an easy ride. Each day brings an ominous night closer, forcing you to seek refuge in the safety of the wagon before the creatures appear. Fortunately, the villagers did not send you away empty-handed. A mysterious crystal engine propels your carriage forward, while a trusty sundial keeps track of the precious hours of daylight. A friendly merchant may even offer much-needed supplies along the way. Death is a constant threat, but fear not, pilgrims! In co-op mode, fallen comrades can be revived, although for an unknown price. So grab your friends, gear up, and go on a pilgrimage like no other. Can you break through the darkness and unravel the secrets that lie at the end of The Road? Only time and your courage will show this.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process

No installation is needed — this release is fully pre-installed and ready to play, so you can skip setup wizards and long updates entirely.
Extract the archive (RAR/ZIP) to a short, Latin-only path like C:\Games\GameName using WinRAR or 7-Zip — and never launch the game from inside the archive, as that is the top cause of launch failures.
Launch the game via Run Me!.bat (or the main .exe file) in the game folder. If nothing happens, right-click it and choose Run as administrator.

Having trouble launching the game?

Check these common causes before troubleshooting further.

Install the required runtimes if the game reports a missing DLL or fails to start: Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x86 and x64) and DirectX Runtime. If the release includes a Redist or _CommonRedist folder, check it first.
Check Windows Security quarantine if files are missing after extraction. Restore only files you trust, then add the game folder to exclusions if necessary.
Use a short Latin-only folder path, for example C:\Games\GameName. Avoid Cyrillic characters, very long paths and special symbols.
