The protagonist of the first part, Choi Yeon-ho, managed to escape from the terrifying world known as «Coma», and returned to school. However, the enjoyment of ordinary life does not last long. Something goes wrong again, and Yeon-ho finds himself drawn into a second dangerous adventure. This time, he must collect pages of Yesol’s notes in order to find an ancient sword — the only weapon capable of defeating the Hell Sister, who continues to haunt the hero.

The situation becomes even more complicated with the appearance of a new enemy and an unexpected ally connected to Yesol. Together with him, Yeonho dives into the study of a huge dungeon hidden under the mysterious Dokkaebi Market, trying to uncover secrets that can help him defeat evil. The Coma 2B Catacomb offers players the opportunity to explore the Sehwa district, meet interesting characters, solve puzzles and find important clues that will help reveal all the secrets of the world. However, the main threat is a ruthless maniac pursuing the hero. The artificial intelligence of the opponents has become even more ferocious, which makes each encounter deadly. Survival becomes a real test of strength.

The player will have to wisely manage resources and balance between the desire to explore the world and the need to survive. At the same time, using a flashlight or running can make the hero an easy target for enemies, which requires caution and a thoughtful approach to each step. One of the key mechanics of the game is the ability to collect resources that will help in critical situations. At the Tokkaebi Market, the player can exchange the items they find for important goods that will help them prepare for the next fight or escape from pursuit. Using these resources correctly can be a decisive factor in survival. One of the game’s features is its unique, hand-drawn graphics. Instructions

1. The first thing we do is download the game’s installation files.
2. Unzip the archive to the hard disk.
3. Mount or burn the ISO image in the disk emulator (UltraISO program). 
4. After mount ISO, go to the folder and run the file «setup.exe».
5. During the installation, we specify the location on the disk where we want to install it.
6. Copy the contents of the folder «CRACK» in the folder with the game.
