Description
Beloved Rapture is a throwback to the fantasy RPGs of the SNES era. The story immerses users in a world of existentialism, spirituality, friendship, and self-awareness through the eyes of Johan, a young man forced to leave his serene village life behind and face the unforgiving realities of the world around him. Beloved Rapture defining feature is its innovative turn-based combat system. Unlike traditional RPG adventures, each encounter requires the player to make a decisive choice fight or flee. The consequences of these decisions permeate the entire storyline, influencing both the narrative and the characters in unpredictable ways.
The appeal lies not only in the gripping plot, but also in the dynamic consequences of the user’s choices. The project’s defining feature is its branching narrative, offering multiple endings based on the intricate web of choices and relationships that the user forms throughout the story.
