PROJECT TACHYON is a run and gun action shooter that drops players into a world where time travel meets intense combat. The title follows Sigma, an agent tasked with preventing a catastrophic future caused by an AI uprising called Mainframe OMEGA. As Sigma, players must dive into different points in time, solve problems, and uncover hidden truths about the AI ​​uprising. With each mission, the stakes become higher and the consequences of failure become clearer. Combat in PROJECT TACHYON is dynamic and constantly changing. Players can choose between melee and ranged weapons, each of which provides different strategic advantages.

From electric saws that cut through bullets to acid sprayers that weaken enemy defenses, these weapons add new layers to the tactical decisions made on the fly. The Roguelite system allows gamers to mix and match over 200 enhancement genes to increase their abilities. However, there is a twist — the harmful genes come with penalties and additional gameplay complexity. Users must balance risk and reward, overcoming unpredictable challenges. There is a system of giant boss raids, where users fight mutants that serve the OMEGA Main Computer. These colossal enemies are not a walk in the park. Each of them poses unique challenges for the gamer, requiring him to constantly adapt his fighting style.
