Mojika Truth Rears Its Ugly Head centers on Suteru Tanezaki, a character with the ability Wordvision. This ability allows him to perceive others thoughts as visible words. Haunted by this perception, Suteru seeks revenge on people from his past. His appearance often causes him to be treated as an outcast in his school environment. A specific event, a humiliating false confession of love, becomes the impetus for his path. He has no intention of enduring further ridicule. Consequently, Suteru uses Wordvision against the five girls who have caused him pain, seeking to uncover their hidden truths and take direct action. The story explores the facets of the human mind.
