Haunted House Renovator is a first-person simulation game that puts you in the role of a paranormal remodeler tasked with restoring haunted houses. Developed by Image Power S.A., this adventure combines ghost hunting and house renovation as you take on various haunted houses for eccentric clients. Gameplay revolves around identifying paranormal activity and choosing how to deal with the ghosts either through gentle methods like catching the entities with a net or through more extreme measures like performing rituals. Your renovation skills are equally important: you replace furniture, change wallpaper and transform creepy spaces into livable homes.

The game features multiple endings depending on your choices, a dark atmosphere that is more creepy than scary, and a system for upgrading tools and abilities. You can even «adopt» certain ghosts as partners to help you complete future contracts. Featuring investigative elements, customizable interiors, and a campaign mode with story elements, this single-player game offers a unique blend of supernatural and home renovation.
