UncleOffice uncle Dating Simulator puts the player in the role of a new employee arriving in a new city to start a new life. The plot tells the story of the hero, who is starting a career and curiously exploring everything around him. During this adventure, the gamer will meet 12 different men, with each of whom you can start a relationship. Acquaintances take place in a variety of locations, from the office to city establishments, which allows you to combine work duties with the search for love.

The main task is to get closer to these individuals and then date them. The set of characters in UncleOffice uncle Dating Simulator covers a whole range of types and life situations that need to be explored. One of the possible partners is the hero's direct boss, a relationship with him involves daily communication if you manage to become his secretary. Among the other characters, there is a wrestler from the purchasing department, a man with a thick beard who works several jobs for money, and a cautious newcomer to the same company.

The choices also include a man who works silently and is harassed by his boss, and a romantic foreigner. Each of the 12 men has their own storyline that guides the gameplay. Interacting with them reveals personal details, such as one's short temper or the other's need to get the consent of his parents to start a romance. In addition to the main story for each character, this game contains a hidden scenario that can be discovered. Progress is made through encounters with these men, from an unexpected meeting at a banquet to a conversation in a bar with a man who has lost faith in himself and needs support.
