Description

Junxions places players in a detailed simulation where you design intricate traffic systems for bustling cities. You act as a traffic engineer, crafting roads, tram lines, and pedestrian paths to eliminate gridlock and ensure smooth flow. Each map, from urban hubs to custom layouts, challenges your planning skills with real world constraints. The latest version of the game, set for early access in 2025, offers clean visuals and an adaptive AI, immersing you in a strategic urban puzzle.

The core of Junxions blends sandbox creativity with strategic management. You build complex junctions, like roundabouts or multi lane highways, enhanced in the latest version of the game with mod support and real world map imports. Adjust traffic lights and lane rules to optimize flow, balancing buses, bikes, and pedestrians. Download the game to shape efficient cities, where every design choice tackles congestion and boosts mobility.

Gameplay tests your skills across 10 unique maps, each with distinct traffic patterns and challenges. Three difficulty modes, Easy, Medium, and Hard, adjust AI complexity for all players. You manage road layouts and test solutions, unlocking new tools and custom assets. Realistic vehicle sounds and dynamic traffic add depth, though some note a learning curve. Download the game to experience this 2025 strategy simulation, where every junction builds a better city.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process

No installation is needed — this release is fully pre-installed and ready to play, so you can skip setup wizards and long updates entirely.
Extract the archive (RAR/ZIP) to a short, Latin-only path like C:\Games\GameName using WinRAR or 7-Zip — and never launch the game from inside the archive, as that is the top cause of launch failures.
Launch the game via Run Me!.bat (or the main .exe file) in the game folder. If nothing happens, right-click it and choose Run as administrator.

Having trouble launching the game?

Check these common causes before troubleshooting further.

Install the required runtimes if the game reports a missing DLL or fails to start: Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x86 and x64) and DirectX Runtime. If the release includes a Redist or _CommonRedist folder, check it first.
Check Windows Security quarantine if files are missing after extraction. Restore only files you trust, then add the game folder to exclusions if necessary.
Use a short Latin-only folder path, for example C:\Games\GameName. Avoid Cyrillic characters, very long paths and special symbols.
Run the game from its main executable after extraction. If nothing happens, try Run as administrator and check the full FAQ for the exact error message.
