Description
Workers and Resources Soviet Republic is the economic strategy of 2019 of the 3Division studio, whose task is to create a fictitious state that is part of the USSR. For this purpose, a wide range of buildings and other structures were provided, which allow not only to create an efficient industry, but also to satisfy the needs of residents. In the game Workers & Resources Soviet Republic, the gamer assumes the role of a manager, and his task is to develop the city. An important feature of the game is its freedom. The game does not set specific goals, the direction in which the state will develop, is left to the discretion of the player.
The mechanics of the game is not much different from the standard representatives of the type of strategies. A player takes care of a specific area where he or she can develop his own country. From now on, he must develop them in such a way that he can earn money for himself. For this purpose, he receives a number of different types of buildings, which will allow to work out a compromise between the needs of residents and the finances of the republic. The construction of a particular building requires the collection of an appropriate amount of specific raw materials.

About This Game
Of course, the whole industry will not work by itself. Each of the plants and factories must have a certain number of workers with appropriate training. Therefore, employees must have access to education in order to be able to acquire competencies related to a particular position. Therefore, schools must be located in close proximity to residential areas to ensure this. In addition, employees have their own needs, which grow over time. This means that the average citizen will initially be satisfied if he or she has easy access to food, but later he will also require items such as alcohol or electronics. The extent to which their needs are satisfied affects their productivity at work. Children are also an important aspect of the economy. On the one hand, they help support a sufficient number of citizens; On the other hand, if the child is less than six years old and in the vicinity of residential areas there is no kindergarten, his parents will refuse to work.
