Fragile Reflection

In Fragile Reflection, Karyo Ito arrives in his hometown of Nankofuraku after receiving a disturbing call in the late 1990s. Here, mysterious Noh masks have distorted the familiar appearance of the area and opened a passage to another dimension called Reflection. The main gameplay consists of finding useful items, solving riddles and fighting creepy creatures. The player's goal is to guide the heroine through trials, uncovering the cause of the nightmarish events and saving her life.

The key mechanic of Fragile Reflection is built on Karyo's newfound supernatural power, allowing her to switch between reality and an alternate dimension - Reflection. This otherworldly world contains echoes of the past, including the emotions and experiences of people long gone. Using both planes of existence is necessary to overcome obstacles and find clues leading to the girl's missing parents.

The game's enemies are monsters hiding their faces behind ritual Noh masks, each with its own history and power. As the heroine delves into her investigation, she encounters secrets of her own past that she had no idea about. Survival requires careful management of limited resources, especially ammunition, and using elements of the environment to her advantage. The atmosphere of mistrust deepens when Karyo realizes that even her own reflection hides part of the truth.
