Metro 2033 Redux is the most complete and perfect edition of the shooter, once loved by many. Waiting for you all the same story, but with improved graphics, reworked textures, a sea of innovations, and updated visual design of all, without exception. The plot of the game still revolves around a guy named Artem, who grew up underground. Previously, the hero has never gone outside and did not see the outside world, but fate is unpredictable and sometimes presents incredible surprises. Now, together with Artyom, you will have to go to the depths of the Moscow metro, find underground cities of people who survived the apocalypse, meet a huge number of characters, including friends, enemies and not only, and shoot the souls of monsters in the depths of the subway.

About This Game

The gameplay and plot did not change, but outwardly the game in this version was transformed to unrecognizability. Not only was the game itself transferred to the new 4A Engine graphics engine, which gave developers the opportunity to transform the world around them, plus textures, lighting, animation, the appearance of characters, and even weapons were redesigned. In addition, now in this part you will find improved physics, dynamic weather, improved physics of destruction, improved AI opponents and revised mechanics of stealth.

And there was an opportunity to play in two new modes. The first mode is called «Survival», and means the player’s survival in difficult conditions, when the monsters become stronger, the reloading of weapons is slower, and resources are altogether available in very limited quantities. The second mode is called «Spartan.» And also appeared the «Ranger» mode, which disables the HUD interface.
