Description

Continue the story game Star Control Origins with Earth Rising, now that humans are the main player on the galactic scene, one question remains: how will they use their influence and how will their interstellar neighbors relate to this. Earth Rising is an expansion of 4 parts, containing new quests, ships, rewards and stories that are associated with the desire of humanity to establish itself as the main galactic power. Explore new stars, solve newly discovered riddles and establish relationships with new alien races and their leaders.

NOTES. This release is standalone and includes all content and DLC from our previous releases and updates.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

  1. Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.

  2. Install the game by running setup.exe and following the wizard.

  3. After installation, copy the entire contents of the CODEX folder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files.

  4. Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.

    Update v1.42.76283:Fixed an issue that caused a crash with the Cultists of the Forge mod (Cultists spawned a character with an invalid ship blueprint, the game now handles that without crashing)Typo fixes
