Description

RAGE 2 the sequel to the fantastic action in the world after the apocalypse. Go to the world that survived the apocalypse, explore it, acquire new weapons and crush your enemies, becoming an invincible warrior. The plot of the new part revolves around events that occur thirty years after the first game. This time you will have to take control of a character named Walker, the last ranger of Vineland. In his role, you will have to confront the evil General Cross, as well as his armies. But all this stuff compared to that. What is really waiting for you.

The game is loaded on 11/15/2019 + Rise of the Ghosts DLC + TerrorMania, completely identical to the activated licensed copy of the game in the Steam client.

About This Game

And the war is not waiting for you, but the real mess, in which you will have to use very cool weapons, powerful guns, special modifiers and much more. And the first thing, speaking about weapons and battles, I would like to say about nanotrip, special chips that players are invited to use during the modification and customization of the character. Some of these chips will allow you to learn new skills, some increase your speed or damage, while others will create a mix of abilities. In this case, you still have to use a weapon, and believe me, its range will surely surprise you.

As for the surrounding world, it was transformed in all directions without exception. First, the graphics itself has changed. Due to the fact that the basis of the game is an improved engine. Secondly, now the world is represented not by gray deserts, as before, but by transformed nature and surroundings. Well and thirdly, at your disposal there will be such open spaces, which even admirers of Skyrim do not have to dream of. And with all this, you will be a free player, in no way limited.

  • Fixed an issue where touching the barrier when encountering General Cross would result in the player becoming stuck on the wall.
  • Fixed an issue where the wall near the «Cult of the Death God» cave entrance and exit door may pull and clip the player through the wall.
  • Fixed an issue where the Charged Pulse Cannon would appear invisible when opening the Ark.
  • Fixed an issue where engaging the mutant worshipers from the grate overlooking the shrine caused them to become stuck running into wall
  • Fixed an issue where the player would be unable to Fast Travel or spawn vehicles upon completion of Authority Bunker section of The Signal.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

  1. Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.

  2. Install the game by running setup.exe and following the wizard.

  3. After installation, copy the entire contents of the CODEX folder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files.

  4. Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.

    Update 2:New Game + is something a lot of players have been asking for, and the team at Avalanche has gone all out for it. Now, when you finish the Project Dagger storyline and complete all of the Arks, you’ll be able to load up New Game +. This will carry over all your weapons, abilities, upgrades, and vehicles, and there will be a little surprise waiting for you when you revisit the Arks in your new playthrough. (Spoiler alert: It’s awesome skins for your weapons.)
