Description

Ritual: Crown of Horns is a violent, horde mode, top-down fast-paced action game set in an alternate Wild West, an absurd, acid-fueled vision of hellish frontier.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

  1. Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.

  2. Install the game by running setup.exe and following the wizard.

  3. After installation, copy the entire contents of the CODEX folder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files.

  4. Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.

Colt 18XX, 18XX Sharps Rifle, Pump-Action Shotgun, Long Barrelled Shotgun, Crossbow, Zhuge Crossbow, Butterfly Killer – they all underwent changes to make all of the weapons viable in combat and be as deadly as any other.We’ve buffed spells. Rusted Sawblades, Sign of Triquetra, Dead Soul, Vengeful Gatling, Wisconsin Death Drives – again, the changes are meant to increase the overall power and usability in combat.We’ve buffed items. Oriental Dreamcatcher, Cape of a King, Miniature Labirynth, Ring O\' Roadagain, Abandoned Fangs of Triumph, Crocodile Alligator Skin, Brown Grizzly Fur, Ring of Providence, Black and Blue Ring, Ring of a Scumbag.     We’ve been quiet for a while, however we never stopped working on Ritual. It has underwent some crucial design changes, which we hope to explain a little more in the upcoming weeks leading to the full game launch.Worry not though! The philosophy of the game has not changed – Ritual: Crown of Horns is still a slaughterhouse, a top-down ‘precise’ shooter, where skill matters more than button mashing.Today we leave you with a short video, explaining the basic game mechanics. Expect more such materials in the future. We have more cool stuff ahead but more on that next week.
