Description
Alruna End of History throws you into a desolate, dreamlike world where the concept of time has fractured. Developed by Neckbolt and published by Burning Planet Digital for release in 2026, this adventure action puzzle game follows a lone wanderer named Alruna, who awakens in a crumbling library that holds the memories of a dead civilization. You must explore haunting landscapes, from frozen clock towers to submerged cathedrals, while solving environmental puzzles that require rewinding, pausing, or accelerating time. The latest version of the game introduces a memory grafting system that lets you combine fragments of past events to create new solutions.
Action combat is deliberate and atmospheric, focusing on timing and positioning rather than fast reflexes. You wield a temporal blade that can freeze enemies or reverse their attacks. Puzzle mechanics are seamlessly integrated into the world, you might need to age a bridge into ruin or de age a locked door back to when it was open. Adventure exploration rewards you with fragments of lore that piece together the history of the End of History event. The game has no traditional UI, with all information conveyed through the environment and Alruna’s subtle animations.
