Description
Stronghold Crusader Definitive Editions fourth DLC, The Surgeon and Baibars, packs the base game with even more distinctive CPU lords, each with their own novel playstyles and a dastardly new nine mission Sands of Time trail to test your nerve and wits. Come one and all, ye challengers, conquerors and would be kings, and face the greatest strategic gauntlet yet to overcome the merciless Sultan Baibars as well as the deadly Surgeon of the desert.
The wily Surgeon is a truly master of defence, building colossal castles with a great deal of huge towers to try and keep the enemy out. Do not be deceived by his perceived passiveness as like all great predators, he aims to let prey tire themselves before swooping in for the final move. A former slave who raised himself to the station of Sultan, Baibars is much more aggressive and direct. He forges strong basic fortresses and seeks to overwhelm his foes with waves upon waves of attacks. Crashing his forces against the walls of your stronghold, you must fight the right balance between survival and attack if you wish to succeed against him.
